  • Personalised Destination Proposal - we will provide you with a comprehensive document detailing information on the destination, what we have to offer and how to get here, a well as availability and negotiated rates at potential host venues 
  • Meet and Greet - we will escort the conference committee on site inspections, extending true Cheshire hospitality with complimentary first class train tickets and accommodation if required (subject to availability)
  • Committee Presentation - we will be delighted to present our bid proposal at your association’s board meeting.  We can also provide multiple copies of the proposal for members of the committee if required
  • Promotional Materials - we can provide an array of collateral to aid promotion of the event to delegates prior to registration or for inclusion in delegate packs on arrival

  • Social Itineraries & Partner Programmes * from 2 hours to a full week, we can tailor a personalised itinerary on the exact interests of your group whether it is a visit to see the magnificent gardens at Arley Hall, a stately home near Warrington, or an educational trip to Jodrell Bank, one of Cheshire's most well known icons and the third largest radio telescope in the world!
  • Welcome Desk * A staff member from our tourist information centre can be on hand to host a welcome desk for delegates. We can provide maps, attraction and restaurant guides and assistance with accommodation and travel enquiries
  • Civic Reception * we can work with you to arrange for the Lord Mayor to host a welcome for your delegates to this impressive part of the country
