The success of your event in Chester & Cheshire is important to us; we want to ensure your delegates enjoy their stay and have a memorable time
The following services are completely free of charge and are delivered as standard through our Accommodation Booking Service. We will:
- Check availability at local accommodation providers
- Negotiate accommodation rates specifically for your event
- Provisionally 'block book' rooms at the accommodation providers (with no obligation) to ensure we can accommodate all of your delegates and they are all charged the same negotiated rate
- Prepare a booking form for you to issue to your delegates
- Set-up and manage a bespoke website, designed specifically for your event, allowing delegates to book accommodation online in a fast, safe and secure manner
- Handle each reservation personally and confirm reservations to your delegates in writing
- Send the Conference Organiser a list detailing where delegates are staying
- Provide advice and support for delegates on special accommodation requirements, such as reservations for additional nights, accessibility requirements, airport transfers and taxi's etc.
We are also happy to extend these services to conference organisers who have already sourced a conference venue in Chester & Cheshire.
